Mrs. Clohessy, 86, of Allentown and formerly of Farmingdale, died Jan. 8, 2010, at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, Hamilton. She was a devoted supporter of Catholic charities and a steadfast contributor of many humane societies. Mrs. Clohessy was a parishioner of St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, Farmingdale. She was predeceased by her husband, Robert J. Clohessy; a sister, Ellen Pope, and a brother, Patrick Pritchard. Mrs. Clohessy is survived by her niece, Elaine Mansfield, and her husband, Mike, of Allentown. A funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Chapel. Interment followed in Holy Name Cemetery, Jersey City. Arrangements were by the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, Freehold Township.
