Mrs. Kallighan, 87, of Freehold Township, died Feb. 25, 2010, at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. Her husband of 64 years, John Kallighan, died in November. Surviving are her children and their spouses, John Kallighan Jr. of Freehold Township; Sharon and Cosmo LaMacchia of Freehold Township; Susan and Donald Gomes of Freehold; Maureen and Bruce McCulloch of Freehold Township; and Colleen and James Bezanson of Jackson Township; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. A funeral liturgy was celebrated at St. Robert Bellarmine Roman Catholic Church, Freehold Township, followed by interment at Brig. Gen. William C. Doyle Veterans Cemetery, Arnytown, Burlington County. Arrangements were by the Higgins Memorial Home, Freehold.
