The public is invited to the New Jersey Environmental Federation’s wine tasting and auction event Oct. 3 at Laurita Winery in the New Egypt section of Plumsted.
The 2-4 p.m. event will include wine tasting and winery tours, wagon rides (weather permitting), live jazz music, tasty morsels, and chance auctions. Tickets cost $75 per person and $125 per couple. Proceeds will benefit the New Jersey Environmental Federation, a statewide nonprofit organization working for clean water, open space, environmental justice, healthy schools, and sustainable communities.
