Frank Panicali has been appointed to the position of senior vice president, director of wine operations at Fedway Associates. Panicali joined Fedway in 1994 after a successful supplier career that included senior sales positions with Kendall Jackson, Domecq Importers, and Monsieur Henri.
Since joining Fedway, Frank has been responsible for the oversight of the combined Fedway/Lauber portfolio of more than 150 wine vendors from every corner of the wine producing world.
At Fedway, Panicali has assembled a group of seven brand managers who work directly with suppliers, three on-premise fine wine specialists, and a director of wine education.
Panicali resides in Marlboro, with his wife, Rose, and children, Frank Jr. and Amanda.
Fedway Associates Inc. is a wine and spirits distributor with offices in Kearny and Mount Laurel. It services more than 7,000 restaurants, clubs, taverns, and retail stores in New Jersey. T&M Associates, an engineering, planning and environmental consulting firms, has named James Valenti of Colts Neck as a new stockholder in the firm. Valenti is the chief legal officer at T&M Associates. He has more than 28 years in the profession and in addition to being an attorney who is licensed to practice in New Jersey and New York, Valenti is a licensed professional engineer.

Dr. Tom Gustafson, chiropractor and owner of the Active Healing Center in Colts Neck, will be working with the players of the Trenton Thunder baseball team. The Trenton Thunder is the double A affiliate of the New York Yankees. Beginning in the spring of 2011, Dr. Gustafson will be working with the Thunder training staff to rehabilitate injured players. Dr. Gustafson’s primary goal will be to keep the athletes healthy, eliminate injuries, and enhance the rehabilitation process of injured players, getting them back on the field faster and in better physical shape. Dr. Gustafson and the Active Healing Center focus on correction of structural and functional deficits to the spine.
