Mr. Winters, 73, of East Hanover, died July 5, 2012, at Care One, Wall Township. He was a self-employed certified public accountant for 51 years. Mr. Winters was predeceased by his wife, Alexia M. Winters, in 2005. Surviving are a brother, Jim Winters of Jackson; and a sister, Dorothy Martinelli of Belle Mead. A funeral liturgy was celebrated at St. Mary of the Lake Church, Lakewood, followed by a private cremation. Memorial donations may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, P.O. Box 758516, Topeka, KS 66675-8516; or to the Salvation Army, 605 Asbury Ave., Asbury Park, NJ 07712. Arrangements were by the George S. Hassler Funeral Home, Jackson.
