Weichert New Homes receives awards from Shore Builders Association

Weichert New Homes was recognized with numerous honors at the Shore Builders Association of Central New Jersey’s recent FAME Awards dinner held at the South Gate Manor in Freehold. Accolades included Sales Manager of the Year, and 13 Weichert sales associates were added to the New Homes Million Dollar Sales and Circle of Honor Clubs for their outstanding sales achievements.

One of the fine builders represented by Weichert New Homes also received a top award from the Shore Builders Association. Severino Homes and Communities was the recipient of the Architectural Product Design award for Kingwood Manor in Kingwood Township. At Kingwood Manor, luxury homes are surrounded by 57 rolling acres with country views. Property sizes ranging from three to seven acres are built on an idyllic green bordered by trees. “The high levels of service we offer are clearly illustrated by the many awards Weichert received at this event,” said John G. In the Individual Achievement Category, Dave Richardson, regional sales manager for Weichert New Homes, was named Sales Manager of the Year at the FAME Awards. Responsible for the success of multiple new home communities and associates across diverse product lines and geography, Richardson was recognized for an outstanding level of service and sales volume. Among the top achievers recognized at the event are Weichert sales associates Maria Della Fera and Margaret Shafranski of the Ocean Township office, and Lisa Soubasis of the Jackson office with Circle of Honor Platinum Level honors; Frances Pisano of the East Brunswick office, Carol O’Hare of the Middletown office, Kari Phillips of the Forked River office, Thomas Landau of the Normandy Beach Office, Purnima Jadav of the East Brunswick office and Carol Kalma of the Jackson office with Circle of Honor Bronze Level recognition.

In addition, Lisa Soubasis of the Jackson office, Glenda Grill of the Marlboro office, Michele Rast of the Rumson office and Marilynn Scafidi of the Metuchen office achieved Bronze Level Million Dollar Club awards. Maria Della Fera and Margaret Shafranski of the Ocean Township office received the highest level Platinum Million Dollar Club recognition.
