New Egypt High School proudly presents the Musical “Annie.”
   Showings will occur in the high school auditorium on Friday, Feb. 28 and Saturday March 1 at 7 p.m. There will also be a showing Sunday, March 2 at 2 p.m.
   Tickets may be purchased at the door or at nehs.booktix.com.
   The AARP will be offering free tax preparation assistance Wednesdays through April 9 from 1 to 5 p.m. at the Plumsted branch of the Ocean County Library.
   The AARP tax aide program will electronically complete and file federal and state tax returns free of charge. Though it is offered free to all taxpayers, special emphasis is provided for those over the age of 60 or with low to moderate income.

   The Plumsted Business Merchants Association will hold its annual business expo on Saturday, March 22 at the Dr. Gerald H. Woehr Elementary School in New Egypt from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
   The event is open to members and non-members. Cost for the event will be $40 for a table for members and $50 for non-members with a 50 percent discount for a second table.
   Registration forms will be available online beginning in February or you can email hfmbigwoods@comcast.net and one will be sent to you – provide full mailing address and name.Advertising opportunities may be available for the event to give local businesses more exposure.
   The event will also have a table set up where local merchants can leave their business cards or other contact information.
