Jessica McGowan, Girl Scout Cadette, MOJASPHE (Monroe, Jamesburg, Spotswood and Helmetta) Service Unit, will host a workshop on Ronald McDonald House from 2-4 p.m. May 3 in the children’s department at the Monroe Township Library, 4 Municipal Plaza.
Jessica, who is working on her Girl Scout Silver Award, will discuss Ronald McDonald House and what it does, how community members can help, and its expansion in New Brunswick to help more families. Guests at the workshop will make cards for the sick children and their families staying at the facility.
All are welcome to attend. Registration is not required.
