Sales associates from Coldwell Banker New Homes, one of the nation’s largest award-winning residential brokerage firms, received top honors for sales and marketing achievements during the New Jersey Builders Association’s (NJBA) annual Sales & Marketing (SAMs) Awards Gala, which kicked off the Atlantic Builders Convention in Atlantic City. The awards included Million Dollar Club designations for agents with total new homes sales in excess of $245 million in 2014. Million Dollar Club designations were presented to those who achieved $1 million or more in new home sales.
