A highly experienced and successful broker team has joined Century 21 Burke Realty, North Brunswick. Kathleen Morin and Roxanne Gandolfo have relocated to the North Brunswick-based agency to work closer to their homes and relish the prospect of opportunities to serve the North Brunswick Transit Village real estate market. “I am elated that Kathy and Roxanne have decided to join our expanding staff. Their experience in Middlesex County real estate and their accomplishments will further benefit our position in this market,” John H. Burke, broker/owner, said. Burke pointed to the new team’s involvement in the Women’s Council of Realtors, where both Morin and Gandolfo have served as president of the Middlesex County Chapter. “These are highly motivated and dedicated women who have worked as a team for several years and now bring that expertise to our agency. We are excited to welcome Kathy and Roxanne to our real estate family,” Burke added. Morin has been involved in the real estate industry since the purchase of her first investment property in 1977. During the 1980s, she worked as a management representative for LoftSpace in New York City. She became a licensed real estate agent in New Jersey in 1993. Among her awards are Bronze Award in the New Jersey Association of Realtors’ Circle of Excellence for 2003, 2004 and 2012 and the Silver Award for 2006. She earned the Century 21 Masters Program Certificate of Achievement in 2003 and the Pacesetter Platinum Award in 2006. She also earned the Fine Homes and Estates certification from Century 21 and attained the status of Real Estate Broker/Salesperson in New Jersey in 2005. She achieved the consumer-rated Five Star Agent Award for customer and client commendation for sales from September 2013 through May 31, 2014. It is the fourth time she has been so rewarded for her efforts. She continues to pursue her commitment to enhancing the professionalism of the real estate industry with her activities in the Women’s Council of Realtors. She currently is vice president of Region VI, which comprises New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Pennsylvania and Maryland. She is serving on a leadership panel at the organization’s National Legislative Conference in Washington, D.C. this month. She has attained the following designations: Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Performance Management Network (PMN), Seniors Real estate Specialist (SRES) as well as SFR, RSPR, AHWD and e-PRO Certificates. Gandolfo teamed with Morin in 2011 to form the Paradigm Professional Group. Both women realized that with their busy schedules, juggling family life, the real estate business and industry-related activities, a team partner could always be available when the other couldn’t. It has proven immensely successful. Together they offer their backgrounds in interior design, marketing, sales and merchandising. Gandolfo attained her New Jersey Real Estate license in 2001 and earned her broker license in 2007. She also is a Notary Public. She holds the Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI) designation, is a Certified Luxury Marketing Specialist (CLMS) and Resort & Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS). She also holds the ABR and SRES designations as well as the At Home With Diversity (AHWD) Certification. She said the team decided to join Century 21 Burke Realty for many reasons. “We have tremendous respect for John Burke. He has a great business mind, and we find this is a new and exciting challenge in a vibrant office with great visibility on Route 1 near the new Transit Village. And we are close to our homes where we have great knowledge of the market and our neighbors,” she stated. Both broker/associates are active with the Middlesex County Association of Realtors and the Women’s Council of Realtors. They were instrumental in the latter group’s recent fund-raising campaign “Bras for the Cause,” which aims to put an end to breast and cervical cancers, in which more than $11,000 was raised. “I am excited that Roxanne and Kathy have decided to bring their years of real estate expertise to Century 21 Burke Realty. They bring many years of client trust and experience to our office and solidifies Century 21 Burke Realty’s presence within the Middlesex County market,” John Sacktig, broker/manager, said.
