A diamond ring valued at $650 was stolen from a Pebble Place home sometime before 2 p.m. on May 21.
Anthony F. Torres, 23, of Freehold, and John V. Marajy, 20, of Old Bridge, were arrested at 5:29 p.m. on May 23 and charged with possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Four bottles of cologne valued at $243 were stolen from the Rite Aid on May 24.
Melissa A. Rivera, 25, of East Rutherford, was arrested at 5:25 p.m. on May 27 in the area of Route 33 and Probasco Road and charged her with possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.
