EAST WINDSOR: Teen charged with intent to distribute MDMA, stun gun possession

EAST WINDSOR — An 18-year-old resident was arrested and charged with intent to distribute MDMA after he reportedly brought a stun gun to a local playground on June 11.
Luke F. Seiter-Magsamen, of Bolton Road, allegedly had the stun gun at the Quad Three playground around 6 p.m. but returned to his residence before police arrived, according to East Windsor police.
The investigation revealed he was in possession of a stun gun, marijuana, MDMA, which is more commonly known as Ecstasy, and drug paraphernalia. He was charged with intent to distribute MDMA, possession of MDMA, intent to distribute in a school zone, possession of stun gun, possession of marijuana, possession of prescription drugs without a prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.
He was arrested and taken to Mercer County Corrections Center in lieu of $50,000 bail. 
