East Windsor 

Deonte D. Harper, 20, of East Windsor, was arrested and charged with attempted burglary, burglary to a vehicle, theft and obstructing justice and a 15-year-old male juvenile, of East Windsor, was charged with criminal attempt and theft at 3:09 a.m. on June 22 after police responded to the area of Rembrandt Way on a report of two individuals attempting to gain entry into the caller’s vehicle. Both individuals fled on foot when officers arrived. A short while later officers apprehended the suspects. 
Kirk R. Brown, 28, of East Windsor, was arrested and charged with criminal attempt, conspiracy to commit fraud, possession of a fraudulent driver’s license, hindering apprehension, obstruction of justice, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia and Jeff O. Occilien, 27, of Brooklyn, New York, was arrested and charged with obstructing justice, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at 5:06 p.m. on June 20 after officers responded to the AT&T store located on Route 571 on a report of two males opening fraudulent cellular accounts. The investigation revealed the males were attempting to utilize fictitious identification to open cellular accounts. The suspects were found to be in possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and three fraudulently obtained iPhones. The suspects were arrested and later released pending court action. 
