Lindsay Nolan, daughter of Steve and Diane Nolan of Marlboro, has been named to the dean’s list for the 2015 spring semester at Stony Brook University, Stony Brook, New York. Lindsay, who is a 2012 Marlboro High School graduate, is majoring in health sciences.

Michael Nolan, son of Steve and Diane Nolan of Marlboro, graduated with a master of arts in statistics and applied mathematics from Hunter College, New York, New York. Michael is a 2007 graduate of Marlboro High School.

Melissa Repoli of Marlboro graduated from Colgate University, Hamilton, New York. Melissa, who is a Saint John Vianney High School, Holmdel, graduate, majored in economics.

Allison Carhart of Manalapan has been named to the dean’s list of distinguished students for the 2015 spring semester at the University at Albany, State University of New York.

 The Freehold Art Society will hold a meeting and demonstration at the Monmouth County Library Headquarters, 125 Symmes Drive, Manalapan, at 7 p.m. July 29. Hema Gupta, a Morganville artist, will demonstrate instruction of basic watercolor techniques. The library requests visitors park in the Alexandria Drive parking lot behind the building.  Manalapan Night will take place at the Lakewood BlueClaws baseball game on Aug. 7 when the BlueClaws play the Hickory Crawdads at 7:05 p.m. Tickets are $9. There will be a post-game fireworks show. Organizers said $1 from every ticket will be donated to a select Manalapan volunteer group. Tickets can be purchased by contacting the BlueClaws or by using the online promo code Manalapan.
