Weichert, Realtors appoints new regional vice president

Weichert, Realtors has announced that Carlo Siracusa has been named regional vice president. Siracusa will be responsible for the management and growth of Weichert sales offices throughout Monmouth and Ocean counties in New Jersey.

Siracusa brings 13 years of real estate experience to his new role, most recently serving as sales manager of Weichert’s Corporate Headquarters sales office in Morris Plains, during which time he was twice named regional Manager of the Year. In addition, his office was the third most profitable office in the company in 2014. Siracusa began his real estate career in 2002 as a sales associate in Weichert’s Clifton office, where he quickly established himself and was named the office’s manager in 2005.

“We are extremely proud to promote Carlo to a regional vice president position,” said Jacelyn Botti, head of residential sales for Weichert, Realtors. “His proven track record of managing profitable sales offices, as well as his extensive, hands-on real estate experience and knowledge, positions Carlo well for immediate success in growing his region.”

Siracusa is a member of the National Association of Realtors and is actively involved with the Mount Pleasant Animal Shelter in East Hanover.

A resident of Morris Township, N.J., Siracusa graduated from the École hôtelière des Laurentides culinary school in Sainte-Adèle, Quebec, Canada.

In a related announcement, Weichert said that Regional Vice President Jack Waters will focus his attention on the management and growth of the company’s offices in Middlesex County. Waters, who recently celebrated his 30th anniversary with Weichert, has served as a highly regarded regional vice president in South Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Monmouth and Ocean counties during his tenure with the company.
