On Aug. 19, the Middlesex County Regional Chamber of Commerce held a Happy Hour at the Hotel Somerset in Bridgewater. The event was part of a continuing effort by the Chambers Emerging Leaders Committee to introduce its members to successful leaders in the Middlesex business community. The evening showcased one of the country’s largest players in the auto industry: the DCH Auto Group, and, in particular, their popular VIP Program. The DCH Auto Group has a strong presence, with 13 auto dealerships in the New York/New Jersey metropolitan area. It sells cars manufactured by Audi, Acura, BMW, Honda, Nissan, Toyota and Scion.
Much of the “meet and greet” was devoted to introducing the Chamber members to the mission of the DCH VIP Program to deliver a personal, seamless purchase transaction.
The management at DCH has underscored they are very mindful of their patrons’ time and money, and the VIP Program is structured not to waste either one.
A critical part of the program is the VIP coordinator, who makes sure the car buying or leasing process is quick, easy and hassle free.
Along with the special treatment, there is also special pricing and financing on new and pre-owned vehicles and discounts on service and parts.
The evening was a success on several levels: much of it due to the popularity of the VIP Program; and much of it due to the efforts of the DCH Team of William Liang, Peter Ghaw, Sadie Sie and K.C. Hui.
