Jason Gotti, 27, of Edgewater Park, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after he was observed smoking a marijuana cigarette inside his car in the Chambers Street parking garage at 12:23 p.m. Nov. 3. 

An Eatontown resident reported that someone scratched his 2014 Honda CR-V while it was parked in the 200 block of Linden Lane. The incident was reported Nov. 2 at 2:01 p.m. The cost of the damage is not known. 

Dowd Naik, 26, of Hanover Court, was charged with driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop on University Place at 1:10 a.m. Nov. 1. 

William Long, 27, of Wharton, and Robert Gray III, 26, of Medford, were charged with possession of marijuana and cocaine, and possession of drug paraphernalia, following a motor vehicle stop on Stockton Street at 4:24 p.m. Oct. 31. 

Peter Ware, 34, of Berlin, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for $195 from Evesham Township Municipal Court following a motor vehicle stop on State Road at 9:09 a.m. Oct. 29. 

A Drakes Corner Road resident reported that someone accessed her PNC Bank checking account and made fraudulent charges totaling $1,147.10. An American Airlines credit union account was also fraudulently opened, using her personal information. The incidents were reported at 9:50 a.m. Oct. 13. 

Marcelo Dias, 34, of Linden, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for $50 from Newark Municipal Court following a motor vehicle stop on Princeton-Kingston Road at 10:31 a.m. Oct.27. 

A Christopher Drive resident reported the theft of Halloween decorations from the front of her home, valued at $200, between Oct. 26 and Oct.27. 
