East Windsor 
The East Windsor Township Police Department initiated the following police reports through Wednesday, October 28, 2015.
 David J. Osorio, 28, of Carteret, N.J. was arrested at 2:07 a.m. Oct. 24, at the Windsor Regency Apartment Complex and charged with DUI, refusal to provide breath samples, reckless driving, careless driving, failure to report motor vehicle crash and failure to exhibit proof of insurance
An officer responded to a report of a motor vehicle crash involving one vehicle. While speaking with the driver, the officer detected the odor of alcoholic beverage coming from the driver. He also noticed that the driver had bloodshot, glassy eyes and was having difficulty maintaining his balance. Mr. Osorio was given field sobriety tests and arrested for DUI. He was later released pending court action.
He sustained no injuries as a result of the motor vehicle crash
 .Xanare A. Bomani, 46, of Orchard Apartments, was arrested at 1:02 p.m. Oct. 26 at the AT&T Wireless Store on Route 571, and charged with uttering a fraudulent driver’s license and theft-criminal contempt.
An officer responded to the store for a report of a patron attempting to open an account with a fraudulent driver’s license. Upon arrival, the officer confirmed that the North Carolina driver’s license was fictitious. The customer was arrested and later released pending court action.
 A complainant reported that during the hours between 8:30 p.m. Oct. 26 and 6:30 p.m. Oct. 27, her locked vehicle was taken from where it had been parked along the roadway in front of her apartment building, the Windsor Regency Apartment Complex.
 An officer responded to a report of suspected drug activity in a parked vehicle on Tennyson Drive at 4:33 p.m. Oct. 28, where he located the vehicle leaving the scene and conducted a motor vehicle stop.
While speaking with the passenger, Kevin Castaneda, 20, of Windsor Castle Apartments, the officer observed drug paraphernalia in the vehicle. Further investigation revealed that Mr. Castaneda was in possession of heroin, prescription medication, marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The driver was in possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia.
The driver, Erin E. Mullarney, 18, of Hightstown, NJ, was found to be in possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia.
The passenger was charged with possession of heroin, possession of Suboxone, possession of Clonazepam, possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana, possession of a hypodermic needle and possession of drug paraphernalia. Both occupants were arrested and later released pending court action.

Hightstown 
The Hightstown Police Department initiated the following police reports through Monday, Nov. 2 , 2015.
 On Oct. 23, Bryan E. Armijos, 18, of East Windsor, turned himself in at headquarters and was arrested for an outstanding warrant out of Hightstown and Robbinsville Municipal Courts. Mr. Armijos was processed and later released after posting bail.
On Oct. 23, David Jaramillo, 19, of Cranbury, was arrested at Hightstown High School for underage possession of an alcoholic beverage. Mr. Jaramillo was transported to headquarters and found to have an outstanding warrant out of Hightstown Municipal Court. Mr. Jaramillo was processed and later released after posting bail.
On Oct. 25, Raheed D. Jones, 36, of Hamilton, was arrested for DWI after officers investigated several complaints of a vehicle revving its engine. Mr. Jones was transported to headquarters, processed and later released.
On Oct. 25, James C. Deloatch Jr., 23, of New Brunswick, was arrested during a motor vehicle stop for an outstanding child support warrant out of Somerset County Sheriff’s Department. Mr. Jones was transported to headquarters, processed and later released to sheriff officers from Somerset County.
On Oct. 26, Richard J. Skeba, 74, of Monroe Township, was arrested for DWI during a motor vehicle stop. Mr. Skeba was transported to headquarters, processed and later released.
On Oct. 30, Werner Bang, 26, of Taylor Avenue, was arrested for an outstanding warrant out of Hightstown Municipal Court and found in possession of CDS. Mr. Bang was transported to headquarters, processed and later transported and lodged at Mercer County Adult Correctional Facility.
On Oct. 31, Jorge Santizo Jr., 24, of Trenton, was arrested by State Police for an outstanding warrant out of Hightstown Municipal Court. Mr. Santizo was picked up by officers and later transported to Mercer County Adult Correctional Facility.
On Nov. 2, Fausto Gonzalez, 27, of East Windsor, was stopped for a motor vehicle violation and later found to have an outstanding warrant out of Robbinsville Municipal Court. Mr. Gonzalez was transported to headquarters, processed, and later released after posting bail.
