Saman Khan has been selected as the 2015 Educational Support Professional of the Year” by the Hillsborough Education Association.
The award honors the role that dedicated professionals perform in the Hillsborough school community. Each year, colleagues nominate some of the many praiseworthy ESP staff members.
Hillsborough is fortunate to have numerous education support professionals deserving of this recognition and Ms. Khan embodies the value and contributions these professionals bring to the classroom each day. Throughout the course of her career as an instructional assistant at Hillsborough Middle School, Ms. Khan has played an integral role within the classroom, becoming a highly respected member of the school community. Ms. Khan’s dedication extends beyond the classroom; she supports students in events like the Special Olympics, plays and concerts.
