The East Brunswick Friends of the Library will host its Night of Tasting event to celebrate the Friends’ recent cookbook, “A Literary Feast: A Collection of Recipes,” 6 p.m. Dec. 3 at the library, Jean Walling Civic Center.
East Brunswick residents contributed dozens of recipes for the book. Some of the contributors will prepare a sampling of their submissions for tasting at the event.
Tickets cost $15 and may be purchased in advance at the library circulation desk; price includes a copy of the cookbook. An Ultimate Chef’s Basket will be offered as a door prize. All proceeds from the event will benefit the library.
