PRINCETON: University names Fenwick Hospitality to operate restaurant, bar at former Dinky Station

By Philip Sean Curran, Staff Writer
The owner of the downtown restaurant Agricola will operate a new bar and a bistro at the former Dinky Station through a partnership with Princeton University, the school said in announcing the latest in its arts and transit project.
Fenwick Hospitality Group, the company started by businessman Jim Nawn, emerged after the university’s second try to find someone to manage the two establishments at the two former station buildings. The university in 2013 selected the Terra Momo Group to run what was then envisioned as a café and a restaurant, but that relationship ended.
In the meantime, the university bought a liquor license from restaurateur Jack Morrison.
The bar will open next year, and the bistro in 2016, the school said.
