The Metuchen-Edison Area Branch of the NAACP (also serving Piscataway, Highland Park and South Plainfield) will present “Oral Histories: Securing Our Legacy” at 7 p.m. on Dec. 9 at the Piscataway Kennedy Library. Kwanzaa will also be celebrated. Refreshments will be served. Listen to student interviews of local elders who have witnessed key historical events of the 20th Century.
