The Dayton Village Citizens Coalition will host its 13th Annual Holiday Lighting Celebration on Dec. 6.
Starting at 3:45 p.m., scouts and other children will hang pre-made natural on trees at the Slack Carroll Historic House property,
345 Georges Road.
At around 4:15 p.m., there will be singing around the tree at the garden park of La Taverna Restaurant across the street, and at 4:45 p.m. Frosty will arrive in his classic car with treats for the kids.
At 4:55 p.m. the countdown to light the tree will start. Afterward, there will be refreshments in the Fellowship Hall of the Dayton Presbyterian Church.
