Obituaries Conchita Robinson

Mrs. Robinson, 79, of Freehold, died July 7 at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. Born in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico, she had lived in Newark before moving 18 years ago to Freehold, where she was a communicant of St. Rose of Lima Roman Catholic Church. She was predeceased in 1994 by her husband, Guillermo Robinson, and in 1997 by a son, George Robinson. Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, Edgar and Adelaida Robinson, with whom she had lived; three sisters, Antonia Corchado of Belleville, Juanita Mandes of Carolina, Puerto Rico, and Lucia DeLeon of New York City; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. The funeral liturgy was celebrated at St. Rose of Lima Church, followed by interment at Rosehill Cemetery, Linden. Higgins Memorial Home, Freehold, was in charge of arrangements.

Ethel F. Pellegrinelli

Mrs. Pellegrinelli, 90, of Manalapan, died July 5 at home. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., she had moved nine years ago to Manalapan, where she was a communicant of St. Thomas More Roman Catholic Church. She was predeceased in 1987 by her husband, Bruno. Surviving are two sons and daughters-in-law, Al and Marina Pellegrinelli of Manalapan, and Paul and Ursula Pellegrinelli of Clifton; three brothers, John Terrone of Madison, Nicholas Terrone of Maspeth, N.Y., and Carmine Terrone of Staten Island, N.Y.; a sister, Anna Lanza of New Hyde Park, N.Y.; and four grandchildren. A funeral liturgy was offered at St. Thomas More Church, followed by interment at Resurrection Cemetery, Staten Island. Freeman Manalapan-Marlboro Funeral Home, Manalapan, was in charge of arrangements.

Augusta W. Jeandron

Mrs. Jeandron, 93, of Freehold, died July 5 at Kimball Medical Center, Lakewood. Born in Jersey City, she had lived there and in Newfoundland, Pa., before moving to Freehold five years ago. A homemaker, she was predeceased in 1990 by her husband, Harold Jeandron. Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, Paul E. and Diana Jeandron of Freehold; a grandson, John Paul Jeandron of Freehold; two granddaughters and their husbands, Suzanne and Bruce Newhard of Brodheadsville, Pa., and Nancy and Howard Aronowitz of Sunrise, Fla.; and two great-grandchildren. Higgins Memorial Home, Freehold, was in charge of arrangements.

Pauline H. Wasko

Mrs. Wasko, 77, of Freehold, died July 7 at home. Born in Freehold, she was a lifelong resident. She earned an associate’s degree from Thomas Edison College, Trenton, and was an investigator for the Monmouth County Board of Social Services, Freehold Township, where she was employed for more than 20 years before retiring in 1985. She was a communicant of St. Rose of Lima Roman Catholic Church, Freehold; a former Freehold Borough councilwoman; and a member of Master Gardeners of Monmouth County. Surviving are two sons, J. Daniel Wasko of Freehold and Thomas J. Wasko of Saratoga Springs, N.Y.; two daughters, Carol W. Tiffany of White Hall, Md., and Nora Lamb of Alexandria, Va.; a sister, Isabel Greka of Hobe Sound, Fla.; six grandchildren and a great-grandson. Funeral services were held at Higgins Memorial Home, Freehold, followed by interment at St. Rose of Lima Cemetery, Freehold Township.
