Caring S.R. police officers came to resident’s aid
On Feb. 6 I ran into a problem. It was about 11:15 p.m. and a miserable and cold, rainy night. Along came South River’s finest. They helped me through my dilemma, for which I am very grateful.
Most letters to the editor are complaints and mention disappointments and problems. South River has to be proud that our Police Department is very kind and caring. My special thank you to Patrolman Keith Berry and Patrolman Robert Maclosky. You certainly are outstanding officers.
Fortunately, my problem took place in South River, and I am most grateful that these young men were there for me.
Thank you, gentlemen. Keep up the good work.
