The Horsemen’s Association of Millstone Township will meet on Oct. 20 at 7 p.m. at the Millstone Community Center, Stagecoach Road (next to the firehouse). The Millstone Township Halloween Parade will be held on Oct. 25. Parking, registration and parade line-up will take place from 1:45-2 p.m. at the fields behind the Clarksburg Inn, Stagecoach Road (Route 524). The parade will begin at 2 p.m. at which time Route 524 will be closed to through traffic. Goody bags will be distributed and prizes will be awarded for scariest, funniest, prettiest, most original and most patriotic costumes. Donations of individually wrapped candy will be accepted through Oct. 19 at the Millstone firehouse, 461 Stagecoach Road, between 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., Monday through Saturday. The event is being coordinated by the Millstone Township Fire Company Ladies’Auxiliary and is sponsored by area businesses and organizations.
